JOB QUALIFICATIONS:-With 3 years and up of work experience-BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant degree-Must be willing to travel to different provinces-Willing to start immediately in Angeles CityRESPONSIBILITIES:-Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budget for the Marketing-Division and submit report to Operations Manager.-Ensure that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts(events, email campaigns and promotional material).-Suggest the best marketing techniques for social media and other media digitalcampaigns.-Build marketing plans for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.-Coordinate with leasing division to develop pricing strategies to maximize profitsand market share while balancing customer satisfaction.-Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and adjusting themarketing plan.
