About the roleAs an Admin/Acctg Staff at Ecowindows OPC, you will be responsible for performing a range of general accounting and bookkeeping duties for the company. This is a full-time position based in Cebu, City, and is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing a career.What you'll be doing:Handle administrative-related files such as utility bills, invoicesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliationsPerform basic bookkeeping activities.Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and finding solutions.Providing support to the Operations team as neededAssisting the CEO with various data entry and admin tasksWhat we're looking for:Bachelor in Accountancy, Business Management or any related studies.1-2 years of experience in a similar admin and accounting roleStrong attention to detail and excellent numerical skillsProficiency in using excel spreadsheet applicationsKnowledge in StatisticsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
