BACK OFFICE & COLLECTIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

 

Job Overview

The Back Office & Collections Support Specialist shall form part of a team of support professionals that shall ensure proper observance of process, monitoring of compliances, ensuring security policies are enforced and service levels are met. In addition to the maintenance of records and documentation, the role shall also perform from time-to-time coordination with customers with regard to their payment arrangements, promises to pay and update loan statuses and payables.

 

Job Functions

Reconcile incoming payments, invoices and payments from external collection partners.

Prepare and Send payment reports to external partners.

Provide support of forward flows, inventory sales across different markets.

Process Transactions efficiently and accurately.

Respond to internal inquiries related to incoming or outgoing transactions.

Resolve concerns coming from Customer Service, Collections, Bank Reconciliation ensuring all Service Levels are met.

Provide support to senior

leads and other offices where necessary.Block, Unblock and/or close mobile banking and customer accounts within the required parameters.

Any other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Graduate of Business Administration, Finance or Banking.

Must be able to communicate well in English with high level of comprehension.

Must be able to work with a global team with varying cultures and nationalities.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE in BANKING/FINANCIAL Back Office/Collections is a PLUS!

Must have HIGH attention to detail.

Must be proficient with MS Office Applications.

Must be analytical and is good with numbers.
