All materials will be provided by the company.- Neutral accent- Strictly minimum of 1 year ESL experience- With GENERAL and KIDS experience- NOISE cancellation headset or quiet environment- Minimum of at least Core i-3 or AMD equivalent- At least 25mbps both download and upload wired [LAN]- Preferably with internet and power back-ups- International teaching certifications such as TESOL, TELF, CELTA or DELTA would be an advantage but not requiredAVAILABLE INCENTIVES- Christmas Bonus- Perfect Attendance Bonus- Length of Service Bonus- Internet Support Bonus- Peak Hour Bonus- 10% Based Salary Bonus for student renewal- Best Tutor Bonus- Referral Bonus
