ESL TEACHER (OFFICE BASED)

Responsibilities:
Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials in advance

Provide online English lessons to mainly Japanese clients for Business English, IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, EIKEN, etc. through Skype or Zoom

Evaluate the client's progress and performance by providing feedback.

Deal with clients from different levels and with different age groups.

Perform other essential duties.

Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent

With at least a year of ESL teaching experience

Must have excellent command of the English language.

Must have good teaching skills.

Must

have a sense of customer and personal service.TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, EIKEN experience is a plus

Can speak the Japanese language is an advantage

WORK SCHEDULE:
8 hrs/day

Weekdays:
between 2:
00 PM - 12:
00 MN

Weekends:
between 10:
00 AM - 12:
00 MN

6 Months Probation:
6 days work/week

Regular employees:
2 days off/week

Benefits:
Monthly Basic Pay

Performance Incentive:
PhP120-200/hr
