Uat Manager - Bank

Job Expectations:
- Employment Type: Full-Time; Permanent (Direct Hire)
- Budget: Php 140,000 - Php 170,000
- Work Setup & Location: Onsite - Makati City
- Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, day shift

13th months + .5 annual bonus

Responsibilities:
- Manage UAT direct reports, including leading, coaching, and mentoring testing team members.
- Partner with stakeholders on the creation of a value story/business case
- Coordinate all cross-application dependencies and downstream impact with IT and business teams to prioritize enhancements and defects in releases
- Conduct weekly/monthly UAT/Release Management status meetings
- Collaborate and provide release status to the leadership team and stakeholders
- Raise tickets for bug changes and actively follow up for closure
- Manage and lead an effective and cohesive local UAT team
- Work with the Warehouse Systems Operations Manager on continuing to build acceptance testing in all locations
- Lead, develop, and motivate direct reports, ensuring continuous improvement through regular individual and team sessions
- Identify and develop members within the team with the potential to assume more responsibility as needed/available

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of solid experience in UAT, including test planning, and creation & execution of test scripts.
- 2+ years in a managerial role, including leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience working in the banking industry is required for this role.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles, Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies, and industry best practices
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
