13th months + .5 annual bonus

Responsibilities: Manage UAT direct reports, including leading, coaching, and mentoring testing team members.Partner with stakeholders on the creation of a value story/business caseCoordinate all cross-application dependencies and downstream impact with IT and business teams to prioritize enhancements and defects in releasesConduct weekly/monthly UAT/Release Management status meetingsCollaborate and provide release status to the leadership team and stakeholdersRaise tickets for bug changes and actively follow up for closureManage and lead an effective and cohesive local UAT teamWork with the Warehouse Systems Operations Manager on continuing to build acceptance testing in all locationsLead, develop, and motivate direct reports, ensuring continuous improvement through regular individual and team sessionsIdentify and develop members within the team with the potential to assume more responsibility as needed/available Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of solid experience in UAT, including test planning, and creation & execution of test scripts.2+ years in a managerial role, including leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.Experience working in the banking industry is required for this role.Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles, Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies, and industry best practicesPossesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
