Job Description Will be responsible for acting as the custodian of the company funds; prepares checks in payment to suppliers; collects and deposits receivables from customers and does various related clerical and other accounting tasks in support to company's strategic objectives.
Receives collections and payments from the customers, both internal and external. Issues Official Receipts/Acknowledgement Receipts including the safekeeping of Sales Invoices and Official Receipts. Prepares Daily Cash Position Report. Consolidates all funding requirements pertaining to all Benguet accounts scheduled twice a month. Prepares payment vouchers and checks. Ensures security and proper custodianship of petty cash fund and checks (blank, cancelled, or encashed). In-charge of check issuance on a scheduled date of releasing. Files and keeps all treasury-related records. Coordinates with Treasury Taguig office all RTGS, Telegraphic Transfer - peso & dollar accounts. Minimum Qualifications Must be a Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or equivalent With background and experience in treasury services With at least two (2) years of related work experience 1 vacant position available in La Trinidad, Benguet Feel secure when applying: look for the verified icon and always do your research on a company.
