Responsibilities
• Review and process revenue transactions• Prepare invoices, statements of account, and collection letters• Review and reconcile customer accounts• Schedule and coordinate collections• Handle shipper's disputes and communicate with involved departments• Attend regular meetings for accounts receivable and disputes• Perform auto deduction of accounts receivable from COD• Ensure supporting balance sheet schedules for all GL accounts• Record accrual revenue and transfer pricing of cross border revenue• Assist in closing audits based on regional deadlines
Requirements
• 1-2 years experience in accounts receivable• Above average mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel• Strong analytical skills with heavy exposure to data analysis• Tech-savvy and adaptable to technology and online apps
