Travel Associate (With 5K Signing Bonus)

**BASIC FUNCTIONS**:

- Customer Support
- Post-sales Support
- Booking and Reservations
- Rescheduling
- Cancellations and complaints
- Possible credit card processing

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 2 years of experience on a BPO Travel and Tours related account
- Has an experience on the following platforms:

- Sabre
- Amadeus
- Holland
- Norwegian
- Cruising Power
- Priority is to have cruise line customer support experience.
Booking, rebooking, cancellations, etc.
- Amenable to work onsite
- Availability to Start ASAP.
**Salary**: From Php30,000.00 per month
