Transformer Rewinder (Marikina City)

Essential Functions:
? Data gathering like number of turns, measurements of winding and core
? Repair, rebuild, rewind small and medium-sized distribution transformers
? Operate of wire-coiling machines to wind wire coils used in transformers,
and in electrical equipment.
? Select and load materials such as workpieces, objects, and machine parts
into equipment used in coiling processes.
? Perform miscellaneous operations such as dismantle and clean parts.
? Stack iron core, assemble coils and connect as per as found data
? Assemble in tanks and connect bushings.
? Fabricate and or install new gaskets
? Assist technician during initial and final electrical test
? Assist technicians in filter/degas of transformer oil
? Drain and refilling of transformer oil
? Record winding data to log book for reference
? Paint the unit base on original color or as per customer.
? Help others with more complicated jobs
? Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification
Collage/high school graduate
With experience in rewinding of transformer not less than 2 years
