Engineering & Service Supervisor - Makati

JOB SUMMARY:
Supervises daily activities of one's section which is composed of service analysts and technicians engaged in the equipment repair, installation and maintenance, and general servicing of various equipment acquired from the company at minimum costs with predetermined standards, production schedules and commitments; participates in the formulation of new methods, procedures, time standards and project planning; ensures effective utilization and administration of manpower, equipment, materials and resources within one's jurisdiction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Must have a PRC license (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Must have 2 years of experience in supervisory level
- Preferably with at least with 1 year experience in supervising service calls
- Knowledgeable in Kitchen Equipment and Air-conditioning
- High proficiency in MS Excel
- With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Salary Range: ? 27,000 - ? 35,000 / month + potential to earn high Commission, possibly with Variable Pay (e.g. 14th month, Special Bonuses)
