Training Specialist

1.
Must be a graduate of Training/Education/Human Resource Management/Psychology or other related courses from any reputable schools/universities

2.
Must have at least one (1) year of experience in training and development or 2 years relevant experience from the same business industry

3.
Excellent oral and written communication skills

4.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills

5.
Excellent interpersonal skills

6.
Must have the ability to work as part of the team

7.
Excellent in current IT tools

8.
Preferably with background in Public Speaking

9.
Must have a passion to learn and to teach
