Training Specialist

Training Specialist will be responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of training programs and activities while ensuring that alignment with the department's objective.

What we look for:
Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering or any related course
Has at least 2-3 years related experience in Training & Development
Has considerable experience in course/insructional design and facilitation of adult learning.
With advanced skills in Training Facilitation & Management, Training Evaluation, Competency Development, Performance Management
