Primary Responsibilities: Classroom Training Facilitation and Management Conducts training sessions as dictated by the facilitator guide of the new hire and upskill curriculumSupervise agents in training and ensure that knowledge transfer is successfulConducts assessment process and ensures success of agent through coaching and additional refreshers as neededComplete administrative tasks to include sending of daily training reports, new hire performance dashboard, performance tracker, traffic light sessions etc. Assist in issuing corrective actions necessary for each instance of altercation committed by the trainee Nesting Floor Support Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of team members during nestingSets priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, such as Quality, Adherence, NPS and AHTCoordinates work activities with supervisors, managers, other departments, etc. Provides expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providersConduct coaching sessions with agents in nestingConduct Side by Side (SBS) call listening and coaching session with the advocates Strengthen Operations Support Conduct Training Needs Analysis and determine the appropriate training support needed by outlier associatesCreate training materials and facilitate communications refresher trainingSupport Operations' drive for performance through call listening and one-on-one coaching sessions Data Gathering and Reporting Gathers reports to be able to update the team on KPI performanceInform Managers/other Trainers, SMEs on any issues/challenged encountered during floor walksEscalate critical information such as issues and challenges encountered by the team to Operations and Training Management Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
