TRAINING OFFICER (CEBU)

 

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, or any related course

Familiarity with the Training Cycle:
ADDIE Model

Experience in designing program plan

Advanced experience using project management techniques (PLOC)

Experience and exceptional skills in the areas of public speaking, training, and/or facilitating preferred

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
