Understand the stakeholder's needs and requirements to develop an effective quality control process.Communicate all relevant concerns to the stakeholders and business directors.Creating, coordinating the development and implementation of Quality guidelines.Devise and review specifications and processes.Supervise FTEs and ensure their complianceOversee and manage logistics processesChampioning, supporting, and leading quality improvement initiatives as part of quality initiatives across the business.Helping implement improvements and best business practices that are fit for purpose, aligned with business goals and organizational culture.Driving a culture of continuous improvementResearch on Client Products/ Services and offer overall training solutions.Provide operational guidance. Train, coach, monitor, recognize, support, and promote discipline in any given situation.Develop verbal and written communication skills of heroes.Create and facilitate regular drills, assessments, and certifications as required by the campaign.Participate in training discussions with the clients.Administer needs analysis/ skill gap assessment and conduct refresher training.Carries out needed assessment and performance reviews to officers. Coordinate and cooperate and collaborate with fellow coaches serving a shared customer base to ensure a seamless customer experience.Maintains knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures.Schedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
