As a Director of Training, you will set the path to success by overseeing new hire, progression and enhancement training across the Davao and surrounding area.
**You are also expected to**:
- Manage the overall health of new hire capacity and performance outputs of site and client portfolios within location
- Identify and development training talent across resourcing channels of existing staff for future growth and development for team benchmarking capabilities
- Lead a subset of program logos within a a set portfolio
- Support new logo launches, expansions, and projects
- Lead and/or represent during client virtual and/or onsite visits
- Demonstrate understanding and overall governance of training performance across site and critical programs based on facilitated performance reviews across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles as needed
**Key Responsibilities**
- Management of site and critical program end-to-end training delivery
- Management and development of site and/or program training staff
- Client partner communications and relationship management
- Assess/Analyze/Monitor KPI Performance for site, program, and waves
- Create effective action plans for improvements in training results
- Create and provide updated, accurate & timely reports and updates within defined modes and settings as required
**Qualifications**:

- College Degree (Masters/MBA is preferred)
- Minimum of 8-years BPO experience with at least 5 years of managing Training and Development business unit
- Preferably have supported a multi-location/multi-program portfolios
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build networks within and across functions through proactive communication
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
