Dempsey Resourcing Management Inc is HIRING!TRAINING ASSISTANTMAJOR RESPONSIBILITES AND EXPECTATIONS:Position will provide administrative assistant and coordinate with training providers relative totraining requirements of crews and principals.To enable this, he/she is expected to:• In-charge of external Training (endorsement, invoices and MOA).• Accreditation and Audit of Training Centers.• Liaise and report of Enrolment Request, Authorization to Deduct and Memorandum of Understanding.• In-charge of Videotel CBT Training (NVOD).• Conduct Videotel Online Assessment (VOA) to all crew of Bahri Principal.• Conduct online assessment for PLI, Marlins and CES of crew lined-up for promotion.• In- charge of office supplies and property.• In the absence of any staff, assist as needed.Incumbent is expected to have an experience on crew training, with good communicationsskills, is technology-savvy and displays high customer service through on-time response to on-line queries. With exp. in maritime industry and knowledge on maritime trainings/certificatesFunction will report to the Training Manager.Salary: To be discussed during the interviewWork Location: San Antonio Village, Makati
