The role of a trainer is to develop competency and skill sets in analysts to enable them to perform efficiently and effectively in the workplace.
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
The trainer plays a pivotal role from start to end of the social media domain training that includes the following:
- Participate in the knowledge adaptation (KA) and knowledge transfer (KT) related activities in the account and work with the client and various stakeholders to ensure that processes knowledge is documented and transferred to the operations team
- Deliver generic social media-specific modules along with upskilling resources
- Structure onboarding training requirements, pre-process and customer visit procedures, etc.
- Ensure that all new employees go through the defined new learning path for their respective roles in the account
- Deliver pre-process and process training for new employees
- Support new hires during OJT and Go-live
- Provide refresher and remedial training for existing employees
- Periodically check that all regulatory requirements are complied with
- Maintain trainee data and information
- Periodically generate training reports
- Support any administrative tasks like trainee roster listing and scheduling, etc.
- Create or customize training content
- Provide feedback and coaching to analysts on the floor
- Take ownership for the improvement in the performance of analysts
- Analyze training needs for employees working for the account.
- Responsible for account-level training metrics
- Responsible for adherence to training standardization guidelines
- Work with Operations to bridge gaps that need to be addressed in training
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course (any field)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and presentation Skills
- Good customer-interaction skills
- Good data input/typing skills
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills
- Task-management, organization and problem-solving skills
- Professional experience in the industry environment
- Ability to engage with the client
- Run and lead workshops; excellent facilitation and influencing skills
**GOOD TO HAVE**
- Advanced research skills
- Content design & development skills
- Experience in handling learning management system (LMS) activities
- Prior experience in a similar role
**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
