We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training the Medical virtual assistants and ensuring that they deliver high-quality administrative support to our clients. Additionally, you will oversee quality assurance processes to maintain service excellence and drive continuous improvement. If you have a passion for training and quality assurance and are eager to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Develop and deliver training programs for new virtual assistants, covering various administrative tasks, communication skills, and company policies and procedures.Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.Provide ongoing coaching and support to virtual assistants to enhance their skills and performance.Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure that virtual assistants meet quality and accuracy standards in their work.Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of tasks completed by the VA team.Conduct regular quality audits of work performed by virtual assistants, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to standardize quality metrics and ensure consistency across the organization.Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.Prepare and present quality assurance reports and recommendations to senior management for review and action.Requirements:Proven experience as a Medical virtual assistant / Healthcare or in a similar administrative role, with a minimum of 4 of experience.Previous experience in training and development, with a focus on virtual assistant.Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and platforms.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Health benefits and other perks.
