**Trainer Specialist (preferably with eCommerce background)****Key responsibilities**:- Develop a schedule to assess training needs- Conduct employee surveys and interviews- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership- Track and compile collected data- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research- Communicate training needs and online resources- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials- Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology- Test and review created materials- Maintain a database of all training materials- Instruct employee training and onboarding- Conduct training through new training materials- Review employee performance and learning- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment- Can document processes and procedures when overseeing client training sessions- Create Product Knowledge Tests and maintain its data.**Qualifications**:- At least 3 years of relevant experience- Proficient in MS Applications- Experienced in using traning tools, concepts and methodologies- Excellent leadership skills- Creative- Adapts well to change and successfully set priorities as needed- Ability to work underpressure- Self starter and optimistic to encourage team and staff**Nice to have**:Trainer Management Certification**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Paid training- Pay raiseSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Shift systemSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Tarlac City, Tarlac: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Do you have an eCommerce background?
