Job Description Job Description - Develop and deliver training modules under specified timelines - Manage training class and interdepartmental communication and coordination - Understand the process training for one or more verticals - Manage databases batch list, scores of agents, etc. - Assess performance of trainees and check tests - Interact with clients - Document training modules, etc. - Mentor trainees effectively - Keep oneself and ensures ones team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems - Ensure that all company information which includes customer information are kept confidential and secured Requirements Qualifications Graduate with at least 2-3 years of total work experience2 years of which is relevant training experience Mandatory SkillsExcellent communication skills (both spoken and written)Hands on experience in training, preferredProficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Basic and operational knowledge on internetGood knowledge of hardware, software and networking issues and troubleshooting mechanismsExcellent knowledge of timelineGood analytical and problem solving skillsGood time management and multi tasking skills
