ResponsibilitiesManage all Moodle courses/accounts/tools.Execute constant upgrades and backups to Moodle contents.Manage courses, including updating course properties, creating courses, and enrolling users via enrollment keys and/or batch processing; course utilities such as import, export, archive, restore, etc.; course configuration options; group(s) and site hierarchy management.Provide support to stakeholders and internal teams in multimedia storage, course cloning, copying, backing-up, retrieving, and setup processes.Execute user management tasks, including batch creation of user accounts, changing passwords, and customizing information; create and assign organization roles.Configure management and documentation of reporting environment and all custom reports.Manage user registration, enrollment/un-enrollment, and groups.Monitor system effectiveness in satisfying user needs.Collaborate with end user support services (Help Desk) for roll-out, issue resolution, and quality user experiences.Update information and news regarding Qualfon University and its programs and courses displayed on the landing page.Manage all landing page content, modules, and plug-ins.Area of Expertise (Skills)College graduate in educational technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
