BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS Degree: With 1 Year experience as a Trainer handling TSR or CSR accounts.
- Must be amenable to work both Ortigas and Gilmore site.

s a CSR/TSR Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs for customer service and technical support representatives. Your primary goal will be to ensure that team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to provide excellent customer service and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop training materials, modules, and resources for customer service and technical support training programs.
Customize training content based on specific job roles, products/services, and customer interaction scenarios.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires and existing team members.
Facilitate interactive learning experiences through presentations, role-playing exercises, simulations, and hands-on activities.
Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to enhance their customer service and technical support skills.
Focus on improving communication skills, problem-solving abilities, product knowledge, and adherence to policies and procedures.
