The Trainer facilitates and delivers targeted, focused training to teach and strengthen client-specific knowledge and skills, including sales processes and systems. The Trainer collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to deliver responsive programs and content designed to support the needs of the business, promoting efficiency, and increasing productivity. Works under moderatesupervision with some latitude for independent judgement.**Responsibilities**- Develop a schedule to assess training needs- Conduct employee surveys and interviews- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership- Track and compile collected data- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research- Communicate training needs and online resources- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials- Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology- Test and review created materials- Maintain a database of all training materials- Instruct employee training and onboarding- Conduct training through new training materials- Review employee performance and learning- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment- Can document processes and procedures when overseeing client training sessions- Create Product Knowledge Tests and maintain its data**Qualifications**At least 3 years' experience in the Training Field and Environment- Any certification is an advantage including Facilitation Skills and Training Management- Experience with implementation of training methodologies and corrective action programs- Preferably with eCommerce background- Can conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)- Knowledge of Training Tools, Concepts and Methodologies- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time**Salary**: Php30,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary**Experience**:- Trainer: 3 years (preferred)
