Job Description:
Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking an experienced Online Live Chat Specialist to join our dynamic customer service team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Associate Level Online Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide assistance and support- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient communication with customers- Maintain a strong knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Utilize innovative strategies to enhance the overall customer experience- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- Minimum of 4 years of experience in online customer service or live chat support- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to customers- Resilient and independent personality traits with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions- Ability to think creatively and implement innovative strategies to improve customer interactions- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
