Trackwork Design Assistant

The applicant should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Railway Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Willingness to work in Quezon City
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor

The Trackwork Design Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

• Supporting the design manager with management and administrative tasks
• Assisting in the review and checking of trackwork design deliverables at each stage of the project to ensure compliance with the Employer's Requirements
• Coordinating with design consultants and subcontractors regarding trackwork design documents and drawings
• Handling minor revisions in AutoCAD to update design drawings
• Collaborating with the interface team to address design-related issues with external interfacing parties
• Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports
• Directly coordinating with the General Contractor on design-related issues, submissions, presentation materials, and reports
• Attending design-related meetings and other management-level meetings as needed
• Attending or conducting trainings as needed
• Coordinating with suppliers on technical design and material specifications
• Performing other related tasks as assigned by the design manager
