As a Senior Designer for Workplace Interiors, you will lead a talented team in creating outstanding design solutions. Your proficiency in space planning, graphic sensibility, and material knowledge will be crucial as you manage multiple projects and client pitches while supporting teams across various geographies. You will ensure high-quality outcomes through effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Manage a team of designers, providing direction and support throughout the design process while encouraging creative thinking and collaboration.Design Development: Utilize your expertise in layout design and zoning to develop efficient and innovative workplace solutions that enhance functionality and aesthetics. Create mood boards, color palettes, and provide direction and comments for 3D renders while coordinating with the 3D team.Coordination & Collaboration: Handle design pitches and projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and quality standards. Support and collaborate with teams across different geographies, ensuring seamless communication.Creative Problem Solving and Trend Analysis: Tackle challenging design-centric pitches and projects with a proactive, solution-oriented approach, delivering innovative outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging materials, and best practices to inform design decisions and enhance team knowledge.Qualifications: Master's / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.Total 8+ years of experience and in that 5+ years of experience in office interior design, with experience in team management.Strong graphical skills, with proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).Excellent understanding of color theory, material selection, and space planning principles.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.Ability to work collaboratively with different teams, fostering a supportive work environment and quality design outcomes.
