Trackwork Design Assistant

The applicant should possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Railway Engineering or a related fieldProficiency in English, both written and verbalWillingness to work in Quezon CityStrong work ethic and professional demeanor
The Trackwork Design Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

Supporting the design manager with management and administrative tasksAssisting in the review and checking of trackwork design deliverables at each stage of the project to ensure compliance with the Employer's RequirementsCoordinating with design consultants and subcontractors regarding trackwork design documents and drawingsHandling minor revisions in AutoCAD to update design drawingsCollaborating with the interface team to address design-related issues with external interfacing partiesPreparing weekly and monthly progress reportsDirectly coordinating with the General Contractor on design-related issues, submissions, presentation materials, and reportsAttending design-related meetings and other management-level meetings as neededAttending or conducting trainings as neededCoordinating with suppliers on technical design and material specificationsPerforming other related tasks as assigned by the design manager
