Bp Offline - Technical Supervisor

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Managing the technical equipment and systems in the studio, including cameras, lighting, sound recording, and editing equipment.Setting up and operating technical equipment for live broadcasts or recordings.Troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during production and finding quick solutions to minimize downtime.Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for technical equipment to ensure consistency and efficiency.Training and supervising technical staff, including camera operators, sound engineers, and editors.Collaborating with production teams to understand their technical requirements and provide technical expertise and guidance.Ensuring compliance with industry standards, protocols, and regulations regarding technical equipment and operations.Continuously researching new technologies and techniques to improve the studio's technical capabilities.Managing and maintaining inventory of technical equipment, ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and repair.Assisting in budgeting and procurement of new equipment as needed. Qualifications: At least 5 years of working experience in StudioAt least College Level or equivalent experienceStrong technical background in studio operationsExperience with various technical equipment and systemsThey should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills and have the ability to work well under pressureStrong leadership and organizational skills are necessary to effectively manage a technical team and ensure smooth operations
