"•Coordinate with agents re pick-up activity such as shipper, address and other pertinent shipping instruction and ensure agent's timely pick-up prior closing time

Coordinate with agents for any supplies requirementsCommunicate with shipper/consignee re shipping matterMonitor delivery shipments and follow up as per FDX requestPreparation of OR and AR receiptReceives Proof of Delivery (POD) confirmation and update EOPS system as provided by agents" Job Qualifications:

"•Graduate of any four (4) year course

With a minimum of one (1) year experience working as customer supportKnowledgeable in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)"
