Job Description:

Lead and mentor a team of live streamers, providing feedback, training, and development.
Develop and communicate clear goals, expectations, and guidelines for live streaming activities.
Monitor live streams in real-time, providing assistance and guidance to streamers as needed to resolve technical issues or address audience feedback.
Analyze performance metrics and audience feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of live streaming initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a live streamer or content creator, with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of live streaming platforms, software, and technical equipment.
Understanding of audience engagement strategies and content optimization techniques.
