Territory Sales Manager (Fmcg)

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG company. Our client is looking for a Territory Sales Manager that plays a pivotal role in driving sales and market presence within a specific geographic area. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic planning, strong leadership, and effective customer relationship management.

Key job responsibilities include: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets within the territory. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers in the territory. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets within the territory. Develop promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales. Key job qualifications include: Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the retail and FMCG sectors. Experience in managing South Area (Batangas and Laguna) Strong background in operations, execution, and sales strategy.
