LOCATION: DAVAO Carmudi, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cardekho Group in India. It is India's biggest digital automotive solutions provider / tech platform. Outside India, it operates oto.com in Indonesia and Carmudi / Zigwheels in Philippines. Carmudi was recently acquired and now the group plans to scale and grow its Philippines business across multiple business lines and categories.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a sales team, including Sales Managers and Sales Officers. Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the refinance business in Manila. Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, agents, and other key partners. Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, performance indicators, and market trends to drive continuous improvement. Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our refinance products and services and ensure the sales team is well-equipped to promote them. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure seamless coordination. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the senior management team. Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 7+ years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the financial services sector with a focus on lending, banking, or refinance. Experience in financial product distribution sales (preferably Auto, but not mandatory) Strong network and relationships within the Philippine financial services industry. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating sales teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and leading a diverse team. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends to drive informed decisions. Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethical conduct, and compliance.
