Telesales Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle online gamers' inquiries, offer the best available packages with alternatives, introduce new activities to produce publicity impacts fast, and follow up to assure sales success and customer satisfaction.
Execute daily phone calls/emails on product/service sales. Contact players via phone, aid the Company in conducting player surveys, or conduct phone interviews with players to understand the problems they are experiencing, as well as feedback and solutions.
Help players follow up, answer their issues, and assist in upward feedback with the help of the commissioner, so that the players have more trust in the website and remain engaged in the game.
Recover the lost players by phone contact and comprehend the grounds for website improvement.
Open in doing video chats in order to boost trust in the website. It is necessary to spend a significant amount of time on the phone in order to study and comprehend the game's rules.
Meets sales and service quality standards.
Give clients accurate, up-to-date, and thorough information.
Keeping records of customer contacts, transactions, and remarks.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: University/College graduate/ Fresh grad/ associate /degree/vocational grad / college level with exp
Age: 21 to 30 years old
Can communicate and understand basic English and Tagalog.
Typing speed (45-60 WPM).
Familiar with computer/office tools such as google workspace, excel etc.
Need to be patient and good at pleasing others' emotions.
Familiar with the rules of casino games is an advantage.
Work experience as Sales Associate/Telemarketer/CSR is an advantage.
With work experience as a VIP service is an advantage.
Working Schedule: 11am to 8pm, 2 days off.
