RESPONSIBILITIES: Roles and Responsibilities:In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problemsMay create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and proceduresRequires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goalsPrimary upward interaction is with direct supervisorMay interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within the companyGuidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignmentsDecisions made by you will often impact the team in which they residePlease note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.Good knowledge of HR and hands-on experience related to all types of HR related custom reports, data sources, business objects, and dashboardsCreate process documents or job aidsUnderstand the business process and connect with stakeholders to gather requirementsStrong knowledge of the functional area of HR a plusEnhance, optimize, and generate reports and dashboardsCollaborate between teams and drive end to end creation of reports OTHERS:Project Shift Schedule: Morning ShiftProject Rest Day: WeekendsProject/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1 SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: At least 5 years overall experience in reporting (building and mobilizing reports) using PowerPivot or PowerBIWith experience in VBA and macro to automate reportsWith good comms skillsSupervisory experience is preferred, NOT requiredRecruitment background is preferred, Not requiredOpen to getting resources from any industry
