REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and other related degrees

2 years of experience as a Call Center Customer Service Representative, Call Center Representative, Tech Support or a related field on an

Australian account is a plus.Knowledge of customer service practices and guidelines

Highly detail-oriented and organized individual

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a calm composure

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team

Mac & Microsoft Software

IOS & Android Support

Resetting Credentials (Password)

Understanding Database
