SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING MANAGER
In this role you?ll get to:
Design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, procedures, and other related activities (evaluation of trainees, documentation, exams, etc.).
Review existing training programs; suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention.
Research new training materials and technologies to further enhance and improve our training procedures.
Help Arcanys with the continuous improvement and development of its teams, in particular.
Look after the training and mentoring of junior developers.
Learn web technologies to expand training capabilities and possibly help as an Architect somewhere in the future.
What you?ll need to succeed:
Minimum of
Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
