RESPONSIBILITIES:1st point of contact on partner's clarification/s and/or concern/s. Provide response/s and solution/s to partner's clarification/s and/or concern/s.Conducts research and troubleshooting to address partner's clarification/s and/or concern/s.Escalate out-of-scope and/or gray areas to Level 2 point of contact.Participate in performance training development.Maintain and/or exceed performance Service Level Agreement targets.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge on processes.
