Technical Services & Business Development Specialist - Dairy

• Identify and approach new projects together with the marketing and sales team in the region
• Create and maintain contact with customers´ technical key personnel and decision makers to understand the business strategy and anticipate needs of the customer.
• Understand customer needs and provide feedback to the organization on product performance, effectiveness, and competitive activity.
• Build and maintain healthy project pipeline of opportunities and deliver them according to the priorities set and ensure growing business in line with agreed targets.
• Deploy the industry segmentation strategy to stay focused on building value to the company.
• Continuously expand knowledge on customers, the application and markets to create new innovation ideas for new projects.
• Work with cross-functional team to develop new products in line with customers' expectations.
• Liaise with Dairy Industry Manager for day to day activities and to streamline workflow at the reginal level.
• Be the team member to set-up regional application lab and manage Diary application development activities locally.
• Collaborate with distributors to accelerate service delivery to customers and ensure highest customer satisfaction.
• Deliver technical training to customers and distributors.
• Understand the technical benefits of Ceamsa's products vs. competitive offerings.
