Procurement Staff

• Outsource, Negotiate, and Procure of Goods and Services in alignment with Organizational Policies and Budgetary Constraints
• Collaborate/ Coordinates with Internal Departments to Understand their Procurement Needs and Requirement.
• Identify Potential Suppliers, Conduct vendor Assessments, Negotiate Contracts to Secure Favorable terms.
• Maintain and Update Supplier Database, Ensuring Accuracy and Compliance with Company Standards.
• Monitor and Evaluate Supplier Performance, addressing any issues or Discrepancies as needed.
• Track and Analyze Procurement metrics to Identify Cost-Saving opportunities and Process Improvements.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely and accurate processing of Invoices and Payments.
• Prepare and Maintain Documentation related to procurement activities, including Contracts, Purchase Orders and Reports.
• Ensure Compliance with Relevant Regulations and Ethical Standards in all Procurement Process.
