Technical Sales Representative

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an international biotechnology company. Our respected client is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist (2 for Manila and 2 for Mindanao). The Head office is based in Pasay City, Philippines.
Job responsibilities: Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Prepare accurate monthly sales report and forecast. Achieve or exceed assigned monthly & yearly sales goals/quotas within Philippines market. Continuously improvement on product knowledge from assigned and on-the-job trainings Development of new accounts assigned/found
Job requirements: Degree in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Microbiology Experience in selling Analytical Instruments Prior experience in selling to the following industry: F&B accounts Excellent communication skills required Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively Efficient time management skills with the ability to stay focused on primary business objective in a fast-paced environment To be able to work well with teams and have a proactive attitude. #J-18808-Ljbffr
