• Perform end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for junior to supervisory hiring
• Manage multiple requisitions across various lines of businesses in technology
• Participate in inclusion and diversity recruiting events and activities
• Partner closely with recruiting, business and HR advisors to understand hiring needs
• Manage alignment on the interview process, where the hiring team is properly prepared and candidates are properly and comprehensively evaluated as well as sold on the opportunity
• Ensure an efficient and cost-effective recruitment processes of employment agencies
