Job Description:

1.Managing end-to-end recruitment for our hiring partners (clients) from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of the right candidates, offer negotiation

2.Provide curated consultation with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations

3.Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners; Improve and advise on current recruitment 'best practice'

4.Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently

5.Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward

6.Helping candidates at all stages of interviews and at scale
