Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities
Assess and review applications from various channels and conduct preliminary assessment through application screening and phone interviews.Attend and assist in job fairs and other recruiting events.Prepare reports and maintain applicant information in a database.Keep track of applicant movements until hiring of successful candidates.Endorse and coordinate interview schedules and gather interview feedback from the Customer Service Directors or Project Managers.Conduct candidate sourcing for IT and non-IT posts with the ability to meet deadlines for line-ups.Monitor step-by-step recruiting process implementation.Other related functions that may be assigned as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment

Other Details:
Setup: Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week
Equipment: Provided by the company (Laptop and Phone)
Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
