Technical Presales Engineer (Cloud Solutions)

Pre-sales EngineerWe are seeking a motivated and technically adept Presales Engineer to join our team and support our sales efforts in promoting and selling Cloud Service products.This presales role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions that leverage Cloud's offerings.Job Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Fresh grads to 2 years of experience in cloud technologies, network engineering, or a related technical role. Previous exposure to presales or technical sales support is a plus.- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).- Basic knowledge of networking, security, and infrastructure concepts.- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.- Prior experience in a technical support or presales role is a plus but not required.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and solutions.Job Responsibilities:- Assist the sales team in understanding customer requirements and providing technical guidance on Cloud products and solutions.- Conduct product demos and technical presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of Cloud services.- Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, proposals, and presentations.- Engage with clients to gather technical requirements, answer queries, and address any concerns related to Alibaba Cloud services.- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of Alibaba services and refine technical skills relevant to presales activities.Make GECO Asia your employer of choice.
