? Must be a college graduate of Civil Engineer
? At least 5 years of experience in related field
? Preferably License Civil Engr.
? Delegate tasks and achieve the daily, weekly, and monthly task goals.
? Determine all the project requirements while significantly developing work
schedules for the team.
? Identify potential risks and forming contingency plans as fast as possible.
? Efficiently liaise with the team members, clients, and also the management.
This is to ensure that the projects are completed by maintaining a significant
standard.
? Keep up with the latest industry trends and developments.
? Significantly analyze all the existing operations and scheduling the existing
training sessions. Also, organize and hold meetings to discuss scopes of
improvements.
? Motivate all staff members and essentially creating a space that acts like an
inquiry zone. Here the staff members can ask concerning questions and also
voice their concerns.
? Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as and when
required.
? Write progress reports efficiently and delivering presentations to all the
relevant stakeholders.
? Be transparent with the entire team regarding challenges, failures, and
successes as well.
