Job Overview:
As a Technical Account , you will serve as the primary technical liaison between our clients and the internal teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of our products, driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• College Graduates
• 2-year Vocational Course Graduates
• Undergraduates that have at least completed 60 units in college
• Senior High School Graduates with at least 6 months and above work experience
• High School Graduates with at least 6 months of continuous call center experience
• Willing to work on holidays and weekends
• Willing to work the night shift and on shifting schedules

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer's emails
• Providing product and service information to customers
• Management and resolve customer complaints
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
