Cost Accountant

Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day General Accounting operations at MPPC which include checking of invoices prepared, reconcile accounst receivable, prepare projected collection and approval of petty cash reimbursements.
• Oversee monthly Inventory Audit activities and present recommendations for process improvement and cost savings
• Review costing reports with analysis on areas for cost savings
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support decision making
• Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
• Monitor Finance and Accounting staff's performance on a daily basis
• Develop policies and procedures to meet business targets
